HERRCo considers its human resources as a key success factor for its operational plans and vision. Therefore, it invests in its people at all levels of the corporation’s structure and operation and is made up of highly trained scientists, engineers, economists, etc.

The corporation’s management consists of a nine member Board of Directors, headed by its Chairman. Across the hierarchy, follows the General Director of Operations. The Contract Management Director, the Marketing & Communication Manager, the Development Manager and the Technical Manager report to the latter. The Financial Services & Human Resources Manager reports directly to the Chairman.

The attainment of HERRCo’s objectives in conjunction with the aim of providing an excellent and productive working environment, form a strategic priority of HERRCo.
